to join our team in Logan area of Brisbane and grow within our organization.
Position Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with leadership potential to take on a management role in a dynamic retail environment. As a
Shop Manager
, you will receive training and information on what the Charity is achieving in communities around Brisbane and South East Queensland. You'll work alongside a supportive team and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of Charity retail management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
Lead and support a small team, providing guidance and training
Maintain high standards of customer service and shop presentation




Assist in stock management, merchandising, Shop presentation and sales
Collaborate with the management team to meet sales and performance targets
Participate in staff recruitment and training programs
Qualifications:
A few years of supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality, or sales
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for working in a retail environment with a focus on customer service
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the organization
