RSL LifeCare Limited is seeking a Workforce Scheduler for our Home Care unit in Ramsgate.
This permanent full-time role (6am–2pm, Mon–Fri) focuses on efficient rostering of client services across the home care network to deliver personalised, high-quality care.
You will manage rosters, support staff, ensure compliance with standards and agreements, and drive improvements with care coordinators and clients.
Experience with AlayCare and solid communication are essential.
