The Opportunity:
n
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a highly regarded commercial real estate business based in Bankstown.
n
Managing an established portfolio of approximately 100 commercial, industrial and retail properties, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management while building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders.
n
With no accounts responsibilities, this position allows you to focus on your portfolio, client relationships and delivering an exceptional level of service.
n
Your Day-to-Day
n
n
Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 commercial, industrial and retail properties
n
Initiate and manage lease negotiations
n
Conduct regular property inspections
n
Coordinate repairs, maintenance and contractors
n
Build and maintain solid relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders
n
Manage arrears effectively
n
Assist with basic financial reporting
n
Ensure compliance requirements are maintained across the portfolio
n
Handle day-to-day enquiries relating to the portfolio
n
Work closely with the wider team to ensure exceptional service delivery
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous property management experience
n
Current Real Estate Licence
n
Valid Australian Driver's Licence
n
Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
n
Excellent relationship-building abilities
n
Proactive and customer-focused approach
n
Team player who values collaboration and a positive workplace culture
n
Strong work ethic, initiative and a can-do attitude
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence learning new systems
n
