Beachmere Hotel is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Gaming & TAB Attendant to join our team on a casual basis, with the potential for more hours for the right candidate.

Located in the heart of Beachmere, our venue offers a busy gaming room, TAB facilities, bar and bistro, and regular events. We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers great customer service.

About the Role
n

Provide excellent service in the Gaming Room and TAB area
n
Process TAB bets and assist customers with enquiries
n
Monitor gaming areas and ensure compliance with RSG regulations
n




Maintain cleanliness and presentation of gaming and TAB areas
n
Assist the wider team during busy periods when required
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous experience in Gaming and/or TAB preferred
n
Strong customer service skills
n
Valuable understanding of gaming compliance
n
Reliable, well-presented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
n
Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
Minimum 1-2 years of gaming or TAB experience required
n
Advanced understanding of gaming compliance regulations and procedures required
n

Certifications Required
n
n
RSA
n
RSG
n
Both RSA and RSG certifications must be held before commencing employment
