Job Description
Evolve Talent is recruiting for a Clinical Manager in Sydney's Western Suburbs.
You will lead a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care aligned with standards and regulatory requirements.
As a visible, hands-on leader, you will mentor staff, support accreditation readiness and collaborate with residents, families and external providers to shape meaningful care plans.
An AHPRA RN with 5+ years of leadership is preferred.
