RN - South East Regional Hospital - Community Nursing

South East Regional Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for an 8-week community nursing contract running from 5 October to 30 November ****. This is an prospect to deliver direct patient care in a community setting across the South East Regional area, working with a team committed to supporting patients in their own environments. The role offers flexibility and the chance to make a real difference in community health outcomes.

Community-based nursing role with on-call availability

Work across the South East Regional area supporting diverse patient populations

Preferred Requirements
n

Demonstrated experience in community nursing practice
n
Competence in cannulation and venepuncture procedures
n
Availability for on-call duties as required by the service
n
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills in a community context
n
Ability to work independently and manage patient caseloads effectively
n
n
Preferred Qualifications
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
n
Post-graduate qualification or demonstrated experience in community health nursing
