We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Administration Assistant to join our team in Virginia. This is a full-time position suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, is highly organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
n

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
n
Providing product information, pricing and availability to customers
n
Managing and following up on multiple customer enquiries and transactions
n
Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure timely order dispatch
n
Tracking shipments and liaising with transport companies
n
Assisting with general sales and administrative tasks
n
Collect incoming and drop off outgoing mail, general errands and office shopping,



including collecting catering for monthly staff lunches and birthday celebrations
n
Supporting the wider team as required
n
