Ritchies Supa IGA in Mornington Peninsula is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to lead a busy store and support the management team in daily operations.

You will focus on developing staff, improving customer service, coordinating stock orders, rostering, and maintaining a secure, hygienic shopping environment.

The role involves KPI adherence, training, and working across Mount Eliza and Dromana locations as required, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and community engagement.
