About the Role
n
You will provide operational support across our branch network for pawnbroking services, acting as a subject matter expert in jewellery, gold and pawnbroking while assisting with training, compliance, audits, process improvements, and business initiatives.
n
Some travel may be required.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide expert support on jewellery, gold and pawnbroking products, policies, procedures, and legislation.
n
Assist branches with operational improvement and compliance requirements.
n
Support pawnbroking audits and business process reviews.
n
Develop and deliver training programs and learning materials.
n
Assist with testing and implementation of new systems and operational solutions.
n
Maintain documentation, procedures, and user guides.
n




Build robust relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
n
Support marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for business growth.
n
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous jewellery and/or pawnbroking industry experience.
n
Sound understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
n
Willingness to travel when required.
n
n

Be willing to obtain a police check.
