Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, hands‐on Factory Foreman to lead our manufacturing operations.
n
This is not a desk job. We are looking for a leader who enjoys being on the factory floor, leading by example and setting the standard for quality, productivity and safety.
n
If you have experience in manufacturing or shower screens and wardrobe doors, know how to lead a team, and take pride in producing premium-quality products, we'd love to hear from you.
n
Please note: This is not an entry‐level role. We are seeking an experienced industry professional. Applicants with relevant shower screen and wardrobe manufacturing experience will highly considered.

About the Role
n
As our Factory Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility while remaining actively involved in production.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Leading, mentoring and motivating the factory team
n
Planning and coordinating daily production schedules
n
Cutting and processing glass accurately and safely
n
Manufacturing frameless, semi-frameless and fully framed shower screens
n
Fabricating and assembling aluminium wardrobe sliding doors
n




Quality control throughout every stage of production
n
Ensuring production deadlines are achieved
n
Managing workflow and factory efficiency
n
Training and developing staff
n
Implementing and maintaining production systems and procedures
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient workshop
n
Working closely with management to continually improve production
n
Ensuring all products meet Icon's quality standards
n
Promoting and enforcing a robust safety-first culture
n
n
Skills & Experience Required
n
To be successful in this role you must have proven experience in a similar manufacturing leadership position.
n
Essential

Strong understanding of glazing systems, hardware and manufacturing processes
n
Ability to read and interpret production drawings and cutting lists
n
Previous experience leading a manufacturing team
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong problem-solving ability

Current driver's licence
