Alchemy Recruitment is currently recruiting for multiple Maintenance Superintendent positions supporting a large mining operation in the Bowen Basin, QLD.

These are senior site leadership positions overseeing mobile maintenance operations across a substantial mining fleet. We're looking for experienced maintenance leaders who can manage people, performance, safety and equipment availability while working closely with site and management.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience leading mobile mining maintenance teams
n
Superintendent-level experience within mining or heavy mobile equipment
n
Experience managing maintenance performance across a sizeable fleet
n
Strong leadership across supervisors, leading hands and maintenance crews
n
Safety, availability, cost and productivity focus
n
Ability to work effectively with operational and project leadership
n
Comfortable taking ownership and driving improvement
n
