Aligned Leisure, Bass Coast, Victoria, seeks a Head of Facilities, Safety & Workplace to lead facility operations, asset management and safety across our leisure venues.
You will champion high standards, drive risk management and ensure safe, welcoming environments for staff and customers.
As a visible leader, you'll work with councils, contractors and internal teams to uphold aquatic operations, compliance and continuous improvement while shaping the safety culture across all sites.
