As a Business Analyst, you will work across major technology initiatives, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, solutions are validated, and change is delivered effectively. Acting as a key link between business and technology teams, you will support governance, testing, and continuous improvement across a complex transformation portfolio.

Key responsibilities
n
Business Analysis & Delivery
n
Lead end-to-end requirements activities across ERP (D365 F&O;), Salesforce and lending platforms (LOS/LMS).
n
Produce high-quality artefacts including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps (BPMN), data mappings and RTMs.
n
Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with cross-functional stakeholders including Credit, Risk, Finance, Compliance, Insurance, Sales and Operations.
n
Conduct gap analysis, define functional and non-functional requirements, and support solution design.
n
Support QA and UAT activities including test planning, defect triage and business sign-off.
n
Program & Change Governance
n
Partner with Project Managers to manage scope, delivery risks and dependencies.
n
Maintain requirements backlogs and support Agile delivery where applicable.
n
Support vendor engagements including SOWs and acceptance criteria.
n
Contribute to change governance, prioritisation and benefits realisation tracking.
n
Platforms & Transformation Initiatives
n
ERP Replacement
n
– support finance process design, integrations, master data governance and cutover planning.
n
Salesforce Programs
n
– capture requirements across Sales, Service and Experience Cloud and support integration with core platforms.
n




Loan Origination & Management Systems
n
– document requirements across credit decisioning, underwriting, KYC/AML, servicing and regulatory reporting.
n
Data, Integration & Compliance
n
Document integration requirements (APIs, batch processes and data flows).
n
Capture non-functional requirements including security, privacy, performance and scalability.
n
Ensure alignment with Australian regulatory frameworks (Privacy Act, AML/CTF) and US financial services cyber expectations (NIST, SOC2, GLBA, FFIEC).
n
Working with Offshore Teams
n
Collaborate with offshore development teams in India delivering bespoke systems
n
Provide clear specifications and coordinate design reviews, testing and release readiness across time zones.
n
What You Bring
n
5–8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in financial services.
n
Experience supporting large technology transformation programs.
n
Exposure to ERP, Salesforce or lending platforms.
n
Experience working with offshore technology teams.
n
Robust skills in requirements documentation, process modelling (BPMN) and stakeholder engagement.
n
Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
n
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems or similar (IIBA certification advantageous).
n
