Job Description
Working as an industrial sewing machinist in our company means being part of a team, where the customers needs are a focus. In this role you will have to work in a busy factory where our quality products are in high demand.

Working Hours: 6:00am to 2:30pm (Monday to Friday) with overtime available
n
Role Responsibilities
n
n
Operating industrial sewing machines to manufacture specialised curtains and fabric products for commercial and residential buildings
n
Sewing, cutting and assembling materials to required specifications
n
Reading and following measurements, drawings and work instructions
n
Ensuring finished products meet quality and workmanship standards
n
Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of sewing equipment

Working efficiently to meet production deadlines
n
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
n

Healthy and mature

Solid hands-on work ethic

Minimum 5 years' experience with manufacturing and production
n
Friendly, reliable and hardworking

High attention to detail

Must Haves
n

Handling, measuring and cutting fabric
n
Operating industrial sewing machine (twin needle – training provided)
n
Ability to read measurements and work orders
