An exciting perm opportunity has become available to join a transport business in Western Sydney. As the HR Advisor you will work alongside a well established HR team and support your business unit including managers. Working a combination of in the office and from home, this role offers a great work life balance.

Key elements of the role will include, but are not limited to;

Support with annual salary reviews
n
Support performance reviews
n
Manage HR inbox
n
Drafting employee letters
n
Assist with the onboarding of new employees
n
Provide first line support to all HRIS queries
n
Participate in HR Projects
n
Provide support related to the HR system
n
Incident investigations, safety inductions & training
n
Payroll audits
n
n
To be successful in this role you have experience in a similar HR position with involvement in the complete employee life cycle. You are tech savvy with a good understanding of Excel and excellent attention to detail.
