Job Description
The Ville Resort Casino in Townsville is seeking full-time and part time VIP Services Receptionists to join our VIP Services team. You will be the first point of contact for premium members and guests, delivering warm, discreet hospitality across the guest journey.

Based at our VIP Concierge reception, you will coordinate bookings, answer enquiries and work with multiple departments to create seamless, personalised experiences while upholding the highest standards of service and integrity.
