Salary: $58,490 + super

About the role You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented site across offices and shared facilities.
n
Key duties
n
n
General cleaning duties
includingvacuuming,
mopping, sweeping, and dusting
n
Cleaning and
sanitisingbathrooms,
kitchens, offices, and common areas
n




Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
n
Replenishing consumables (soap, toilet paper, paper towels)
n
Maintaining cleanliness offloors, glass, furniture, and surfaces
n
Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and as instructed
n
Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to management
n
Following workplacehealth and safetyprocedures at all times
n
Completing tasks within scheduled timeframes
n
Locking and securing the premises where required
n
Delivering consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation
n
Working independently and/or as part of a team to meet site requirements
n

Skills & experience (required)
n
n
NV1 Clearance (desired)
n
Minimum 1 yearcleaning experience
n
Solid communication skills
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Ability to meet performance expectations, includingKPI achievement
