Freestone's Transport is recruiting a Night Supervisor to support its national linehaul operation from Tullamarine.

This full-time leadership position suits an experienced transport professional who can guide a dedicated team and keep overnight freight movements operating safely, efficiently and on schedule.

About the Position
n
The Night Supervisor will help coordinate nightly linehaul activity across the national network. The role requires calm decision-making, clear communication and close attention to safety, service and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the night operations team
n
Coordinate scheduled linehaul arrivals and departures
n
Communicate with drivers, depots and operational staff
n
Respond to delays, disruptions and overnight escalations
n
Support secure and compliant freight movements
n
Monitor operational priorities and service performance
n
Maintain accurate shift records and provide clear handovers
n




Help build a reliable and supportive team environment

Transport, logistics or linehaul operations experience

Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
