We're working with a leading civil contractor who is looking to add an experienced Leading Hand / Foreman to their team on the Sunshine Coast.

The business has a solid pipeline of civil infrastructure work, including TMR projects, and is looking for someone who can take ownership on site and help drive projects through to completion.

The Role

Lead crews across civil and infrastructure projects
n
Work across major road and TMR projects
n
Coordinate subcontractors, plant and labour
n
Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to program
n
Work closely with the Project Manager and wider site team
n
Maintain high standards across quality and site compliance
n
n

About You
n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in civil construction
n
Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman
n
Strong background in civil infrastructure and/or TMR projects
n
Confident leading crews and coordinating site activities
n
Strong understanding of safety, quality and project delivery
n
Good communication and leadership skills
n
Based on or willing to work on the Sunshine Coast
n
