Founded in ****, TruNinja was built with one goal: to deliver the ultimate ninja obstacle park experience. As we launch our latest venue in Rouse Hill, we're looking for a driven Full-Time Park Manager to take ownership from day one

The role:
n
This is a hands on leadership role where you'll set the standard, build the team, and drive the success of a brand-new venue.
n
Overseeing daily business operations including daily, weekly and monthly inspections.
n
Oversee the operations of the park including cash and sales control, party management and set‐up, inventory management and park opening/closing procedures.
n
Accountable for everything that transpires in the park, including but not limited to sales, safety and cleanliness
n
Drive new customers
n
Responsible for social media presence and marketing programs
n




Ensure customer satisfaction standards
n
Monitor financial controls to keep operating costs vs budget
n
Skills and Experience:
n
n
Minimum oftwo yearsexperience working in amanagerial capacity
n
Strong leadership
n
Strong social media presence would be ideal
n
