About the Role
n
We're seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join a leading finance organisation. This is a hands‐on delivery role where you will lead Agile squads through complex initiatives, helping to uplift delivery capability while ensuring high-quality outcomes in a regulated, enterprise environment. You'll work closely with technology, product, and business stakeholders to enable smooth migration to modern cloud platforms while embedding strong Agile practices across teams.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand‐ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, showcases)
n
Lead and coach squads through end-to-enddelivery
n
Partner with Product Owners to maintain prioritised, value‐driven backlogs
n
Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement across teams
n
Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) tracking and reporting
n
Engage senior stakeholders and provide clear, concise delivery updates
n
Support delivery alignment within a regulated finance/insurance environment
n
n
Key Requirements
n
n




Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master in enterprise environments
n
Experience working on End User Computing programs
n
Experience within financial
servicesorganisations
highly desirable
n
Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
n
Experience working closely with engineering, DevOps, and architecture teams
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Ability to operate in complex, regulated, fast‐paced environments
n
Experience with Jira, Confluence
n

Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe)
n
Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs
n
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
n
Understanding of cloud landing zones or platform engineering concepts
n
