Plan and Forecast: Proactively coordinate and schedule all technical activities on site to ensure seamless execution and project flow.

Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with different teams (site and office) throughout the planning, build, and wrap-up stages to promote seamless integration across all phases.

Documentation Oversight: Take charge of project documentation—keeping records meticulously organised, current, and accessible.
n
Technical Detailing & Problem-Solving: Apply your technical skills to refine detailing and navigate challenges effectively, ensuring efficient outcomes.
n
Interpretation: Analyse specifications, drawings, plans, and construction methodologies to keep all project stages aligned with standards and expectations.
n
Quality Control on Site: Monitor the implementation of technical aspects, conduct testing, and uphold rigorous safety and quality checks to maintain the highest standards.
n
Team Coordination: Assist with coordinating and managing trades on site, collaborating closely with team members to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements & Skills

Proficient in basic computer software: Microsoft Office
n
AutoCAD experience is advantageous—but not essential.
n
Driver Licence (preferred)
n
White Card
n
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and subcontractors.
n
Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and safety-conscious.
