Job Description
Join an established and growing business specialising in premium curtains, blinds, tracks and custom window furnishing solutions. This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who enjoys working across production, customer service, warehouse and installation teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate the day-to-day production workflow for custom curtains, blinds, tracks and associated products.
n
Check orders, measurements, specifications, fabrics, hardware, controls and installation requirements before release to production.
n
Monitor job progress, identify delays or issues and ensure priorities and deadlines are communicated clearly.
n
Liaise closely with sales, customer service, purchasing, warehouse, factory and installation teams.
n
Coordinate completed orders through quality checking, packing and dispatch to ensure they are ready for delivery or installation.
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Previous experience in production coordination, scheduling, factory administration, manufacturing or a similar role.
n
Experience within curtains,



blinds, window furnishings, textiles, soft furnishings or custom-made products will be highly regarded.
n
Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret work orders, measurements, drawings and product specifications.
n
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple jobs and competing deadlines.
n
Confident using systems, spreadsheets and email, with strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to resolving issues.
