For 10 years The Acacia Tree has crafted and sold premium solid timber furniture that Australians keep for life — online and through our showrooms in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We're now opening a brand-new Brisbane showroom in the Fortitude Valley / Newstead area, and we're looking for the right person to help bring it to life.

The role

This is a sales role you can shape around who you are. Day to day, you'll:

Deliver customer service and selling at the highest possible level — our customers are making considered purchases and deserve an exceptional experience
n
Own the look and feel of the showroom — presentation, styling and detail
n
Build genuine relationships that turn visitors into customers, and customers into advocates
n
Grow with the store — for the right person, this role can become much more
n

Who we're looking for
n
We care far more about your energy, passion and talent than your CV. You might be early in your career and hungry, or bring decades of high-level sales experience — both are genuinely welcome, and the role, responsibilities and salary will be shaped to match the person. What's essential: sales experience, a love of dealing with people, and pride in doing things properly.

This post is for the weekend role. Hours are 9-5 every Saturday and Sunday
