We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Mortgage Broker to join our Sydney team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage quality opportunities, structure complex transactions and build a rewarding long-term career within an ambitious and supportive brokerage.

The Role
n
You will provide strategic finance solutions across:
n
n
Commercial property finance
n
Investment Property lending
n
Property development and construction finance
n
Business acquisition and working-capital finance
n
SMSF commercial property lending
n
Equipment and asset finance
n
Residential and commercial investment lending
n
Private and non-bank lending solutions
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Assess clients' financial objectives and commercial lending requirements.
n
Analyse financial statements, tax returns, servicing capacity and transaction feasibility.
n
Structure tailored lending solutions across bank and non-bank lenders.
n
Prepare and manage complex finance applications from initial enquiry through to settlement.
n
Present strong credit submissions supported by accurate financial analysis.
n
Liaise with lenders, accountants, solicitors, valuers and other professional advisers.
n
Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the lending process.
n
Develop strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
n
Identify opportunities to grow and diversify the commercial lending portfolio.
n
Maintain high standards of compliance, accuracy and customer service.
n

About You
n
To succeed in this position, you will have:
n
n
At least three years' experience in commercial lending,



business banking, credit assessment or mortgage broking.
n
Strong knowledge of commercial finance structures and lender credit policies.
n
Demonstrated ability to assess financial information and structure complex lending transactions.
n
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
n
A Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management or an equivalent qualification.
n
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to regulatory compliance.
n
A proactive, professional and results-driven approach.
n
The ability to manage multiple applications and priorities effectively.
n
An established referral network or business-development experience will be highly regarded.
