About the Role
n
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
n
Working closely with the F&B; Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, support and develop our team, and ensure consistently high standards across service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
n

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department.
n
Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service.
n
Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage service, presentation, and cleanliness.
n
Support rostering, training, onboarding, and performance management.
n
Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, and responsible service requirements.
n
Assist with achieving departmental revenue and profitability targets.
n




Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
n
Support functions, events, and busy service periods as required.
n
Work closely with the F&B; Manager and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
n

About You
n
We are looking for someone who:

Has previous supervisory or management experience within Food & Beverage or hospitality.
n
Is confident leading and motivating a team.
n
Has a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
n
Has strong communication and organisational skills.
n
Can remain calm and effective in a fast-paced workplace.
n
Has a strong understanding of F&B; operations and service standards.
n
Is commercially minded, with an understanding of costs, stock control, and revenue.
n
Leads by example and takes pride in creating a positive team culture.

Is flexible and available to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
