You will lead a team of 20+ and work closely with Service, Inside the Home, Builders and Lifestyles & Garden while reporting to your Assistant Site Manager and Site Manager.
You will train and develop your team, deliver Best Experience to customers, and ensure your department showcases our Widest Range and Best Prices. Weekend work is required.
