We're partnering with a leading organisation looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join a high-profile Federal Government transformation program.

This is a hands‐on consulting role working across ServiceNow and broader platform capabilities, with a strong focus on technical delivery, solution design and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Be Doing
n

Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments
n
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and designs
n
Deliver across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD and broader ServiceNow modules
n
Develop integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer and ServiceNow scripting
n

What We're Looking For
n

Current Baseline or NV1 Clearance is required
n
Solid hands‐on ServiceNow development and consulting experience
n
Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions
n
Strong JavaScript, solution design and stakeholder engagement skills
n
n
Nice to Have
n
n
ServiceNow Certifications CSA, CAD, CIS-DF, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD
n
Experience across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB or HRSD
n
ITIL / Enterprise Service Management knowledge
n
Experience mentoring or leading technical workstreams
n
n
