RTC Group is seeking a motivated Compliance and Training Coordinator to join our Facilities Maintenance team based out of Whyalla or Port Lincoln. The role reports to the Compliance and Training Manager and focuses on audits, non-conformance resolution, and development of training to maintain contractual, regulatory, and safety obligations.

Standard working weeks are 40 hours, with travel to various sites across regional SA.
