Your Day-to-Day
n
As part of the Finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring supplier payments are processed efficiently and accurately while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and key stakeholders.
n
n
Processing high volumes of supplier invoices
n
Matching invoices against purchase orders
n
Managing supplier account reconciliations and statement reviews
n




Handling supplier enquiries and resolving discrepancies
n
Maintaining accurate accounts payable records
n
Providing administrative support to the wider Finance team as required
n
n
About You
n
You're an experienced Accounts Payable professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely outcomes.
n
n
Demonstrated success working within a busy finance or shared services environment
n
The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
n
Strong problem-solving skills and confidence investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies
n
A proactive and professional approach when liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders
n
Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously
n
Confidence learning and navigating accounting or ERP systems
n
Intermediate Excel skills and robust data accuracy capability
n
A reliable, adaptable attitude with the ability to quickly integrate into an established team
n
Availability to commence immediately and commit to the duration of the assignment
