About the Role
n
As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers find the right BMW to suit their lifestyle and needs. You'll guide customers through every stage of the vehicle purchase journey, delivering a premium experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
n Key responsibilities include:

Engaging with customers both in the showroom and through digital enquiries
n
Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles and products
n
Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
n
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
n
Achieving individual and team sales targets
n
Managing sales administration and CRM activities accurately
n
Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the ownership journey
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in automotive, retail, hospitality or customer-facing sales
n




A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
A skilled and confident approach
n
High levels of motivation and self-drive
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
n
A current and valid driver's licence
n

Automotive sales experience is advantageous but not essential. We are happy to provide training to the right person with the right attitude.
