About the Role
n
This is an excellent prospect for someone who is interested in digital marketing, social media and e-commerce operations. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support promotional campaigns, content activities and marketing administration.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Assist with the planning and execution of marketing and operations activities
n
Manage and maintain content across social media platforms, including WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Facebook and Instagram
n
Assist with writing, editing and proofreading promotional copy, marketing materials and other content
n
Support the planning,



implementation and follow-up of online promotional campaigns
n
Assist in managing the company website, social media accounts and other marketing channels
n
Track campaign and marketing activity data and prepare basic performance reports
n
Assist with maintaining customer records and marketing databases
n
Support the sales team with customer promotions and marketing-related activities
n
Complete other marketing and operations tasks as assigned by the manager
n
n
About You
n
n
Diploma or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, E-commerce or a related discipline is preferred
n
Previous experience in marketing, operations, content creation, administration or a related field is desirable
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
n
Familiarity with social media platforms and common office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva
n
Strong organisational, coordination, execution and time-management skills
n
Reliable, detail-oriented, proactive and responsible
n
Interested in marketing trends, digital marketing and social media operations
n
Able to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
n
A basic understanding of data analysis and the ability to identify improvement opportunities from performance data
