The Shellharbour Club are searching for motivated Part time Gaming Attendants who are customer focused, engaging and passionate about developing a career within the hospitality industry.

The Role:
n
As a Gaming Attendant you will be responsible for the following:
n
Providing a high level of customer service ensuring our patrons comfort is at a premium standard.
n
Wait service, including the delivery of beverages to patrons within the gaming rooms.
n
Completion of payout dockets and fixing minor gaming machine faults.
n




Ensuring the gaming room cleanliness is maintained at the highest standard at all times.
n
Key skills and experience for the role:
n
Current RSA and RCG qualifications.
n
Current ARCG or willing to obtain.
n
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences.
n
Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
n
Good working knowledge of WH&S; principles and the ability to be on your feet for up to 10 hours.
n
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, particularly late shifts as we trade until 4am.
n
Looking for 20+ hours per week.
n
