Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Technical Developer/ Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Dynamics 365 Engineer with robust technical capability across Dynamics CE, Power Platform, and Azure integrations.
n
This is an engineering-focused role suited to someone who enjoys building, customising, integrating, and troubleshooting enterprise Microsoft solutions in a modern delivery environment. Exposure to Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (CIJ) is beneficial, though the role would also suit someone keen to build capability in this area.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Develop and customise Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions
n
Build and maintain plugins, workflows, integrations, and custom components
n
Develop solutions using:n
n
Power Automate
n
Power Apps
n
Dataverse
n
Power BI
n
n
Build Azure Functions and Logic Apps to support integrations and automation
n
Work closely with functional consultants and technical teams to deliver against user stories and acceptance criteria
n
Conduct unit and integration testing across developed solutions
n
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Dynamics CE and integrated systems
n




Assess technical impacts and downstream dependencies of development work
n
Follow security, governance, and role-based access control standards
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE
n
Solid engineering capability across Power Platform technologies
n
Experience developing plugins and custom integrations
n
Experience with Azure Functions and Logic Apps
n
Strong understanding of Dataverse and Microsoft ecosystem integrations
n
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
n
Strong problem-solving and debugging capability
n
Ability to work in a delivery-focused, collaborative environment
n

Nice to Have

Exposure to Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (CIJ)
n
Interest in expanding capability within CIJ and customer engagement tooling
n
Experience within enterprise or transformation environments
n
Exposure to integration-heavy architectures and modern cloud environments
