We're looking for highly motivated Casual Customer Service Representatives to join our exceptional team at Grafton to continue our success in the future of Car Rental.

What is this role all about?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer and Sales Service to ensure the continued growth and long-term success of Hertz, Thrifty & Dollar.
n
This is a brilliant prospect for an individual who is passionate about Customer Service and has the ability to work collaboratively as a team to achieve targets. Would suit a person with an outgoing personality and a positive can-do attitude.

The role is Casual with the possibility of Permanent Part-Time based on future business needs.

Skills and Experience:
n
n
Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and have a flair for sales
n
Previous experience in Customer Service or sales; experience in the Rental Industry an advantage
n
Work unsupervised and integrate as part of a team
n




Enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced environment
n

Customer Service Representative role:
n
n
Create a positive Customer Service experience by greeting and engaging customers
n
Complete Reservations, Rental & Return transactions accurately and efficiently.
n
Provide overall Customer satisfaction by resolving issues.
n
Complete Administration Duties in a productive and timely manner. Pay attention to detail.
n
Computer and Keyboard skills are essential. Willing to continually update skills in Procedures & all types of Technology.
n
Ability to adapt and be an all-rounder, including organising repairs, moving and cleaning vehicles.
n
Must be available Monday to Saturday.
n
You must be over 18, hold a current C-class Driver's License (Green P's considered) and have Transportation. Light Rigid Licence (or above) an advantage.
n
Current Police Check Required.
