Everest Civil is seeking an experienced Grader Operator to join our team in Regional QLD. As a Grader Operator, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our civil construction projects. What you'll be doing
Extensive experience in regional road regrading and flood recovery projects
Communicate effectively with the site team to coordinate activities and ensure a safe work environment
Comply with all relevant health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Grader Operator in the construction industry
Strong knowledge and skill set of mixing gravels, formation and re sheeting operations.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work to tight tolerances
Excellent communication and teamwork skills




Commitment to safety and a proven track record of safe work practices
