Mercy Health is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to lead the Perioperative Services at Mercy Hospital for Women. You will oversee Day Surgery, a four-theatre suite, PACU and CSSD, driving safe, efficient and high-quality patient care.

The role requires contemporary ACORN and NSQHS knowledge, AHPRA registration, and postgraduate perioperative qualifications (or progress toward). Robust leadership and collaboration are essential as you guide a multidisciplinary team.
