What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the key link between our customers, technicians and Service Department, ensuring every vehicle and every customer receives the attention they deserve.

Your day will include:
n

Greeting customers and creating a welcoming, professional experience
n
Managing service bookings and customer enquiries
n
Preparing repair orders and accurately recording customer concerns
n
Liaising with technicians to keep jobs progressing
n
Keeping customers updated throughout the service process
n
Identifying and explaining additional maintenance or repair requirements
n
Providing clear recommendations and gaining customer approval
n
Preparing invoices and explaining completed work at handover
n
Building lasting relationships that keep customers coming back
n
Delivering the level of service expected from two leading automotive brands
n

What We're Looking For
n
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and understands what it takes to be a great Service Advisor.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
n
Strong automotive knowledge and an understanding of vehicle servicing
n
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
n




The confidence to discuss repairs and additional work with customers
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
n
A positive attitude and genuine team-first approach
n
A current Australian driver's licence
n
n
Most importantly, you'll genuinely care about the customer experience.
