This varied role will be responsible for keeping our online orders, inventory and customer service running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Process, pick, pack and dispatch online orders
n
Manage inventory and monitor stock levels
n
Coordinate incoming stock and supplier orders
n
Liaise with suppliers regarding stock availability and lead times
n
Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
n
Assist with order, freight and delivery issues
n
Maintain accurate product and inventory information in Shopify
n
Keep the dispatch and stock areas organised
n
Work with the team to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently
n

About you

Organised, reliable and detail-oriented
n




Confident using computers and learning current systems
n
A good communicator who enjoys helping customers
n
Comfortable dealing with suppliers and following things up
n
Able to work independently and as part of a small team
n
Practical, proactive and willing to get stuck in
n
Experience with Shopify, ecommerce, inventory or automotive parts is an advantage, but not essential
