Job Description
Ku-Ring-Gai Neighbourhood Centre Ltd (KNC) is seeking a full-time bookkeeper to join their team in St Ives, NSW. We are an aged care provider operating in St Ives for over 45 years. This is an excellent role for a detail-oriented, organised individual who enjoys working with numbers and as part of a close-knit team. As a bookkeeper you will play a vital role in the organisation's financial management and reporting, contributing to the overall success of KNC.

What you'll be doing:

n
Bookkeeping, invoicing and bank reconciliations
n
Maintaining accurate financial records and reports, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
n
Managing tasks, deadlines and following up on outstanding work
n
Coordinating with staff, suppliers, accountants and external contractors
n
Preparing clear reports
n
Following existing processes and contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
n
Maintain supplier records and follow up account queries where required
n
n
What we're looking for:
n
n
Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounts administration or a similar finance/admin role
n
Practical experience using MYOB
n
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, receivables and bank reconciliations
n




Excellent administrative and organisational skills
n
Confidence in working with financial reports
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
n
Tamil, Hindi, or Mandarin speaking is not essential but desired
n
