This is a customer-focused, full-time prospect, located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast. We are looking for a Service Receptionist with a desire to learn and grow, as part of our award-winning team.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
First point of contact - bring your smile
Book appointments, follow up contact and assist customers with queries
Proactively communicate with customers
Daily administration and support for the service and sales teams
Nurture our existing, loyal customer base and develop new customer relationships
About You:
Good computer skills are essential
Know how to connect with people and understand what a quality customer service experience truly means
Well-presented and professional presentation
Able to survive and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment




Excellent time management and organisational skills
Proactive, not reactive approach
Able to work Monday to Friday - *****am - 5.00pm
Full working rights, and committed to a full-time role
