About the role
We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker - Tradesman to join our growing team on a full time basis.
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the construction, and finishing of high-quality cabinetry.
Based in Loganholme QLD ****, you will work in our modern manufacturing facility, contributing directly to the quality and accuracy of our products.
Key responsibilities
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble timber and composite materials according to design specifications and technical drawings
Construct cabinet frames, doors, drawers, and components with attention to detail and accuracy
Perform quality inspections on completed products to ensure they meet design specifications and company standards
Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and deadlines
Follow all workplace health and safety regulations and company policies




What we're looking for
Completed apprenticeship or formal qualification in Carpentry or Cabinet Making, or equivalent practical experience in the trade
Strong knowledge of hardware, board materials, and construction techniques
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and design plans accurately
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to work
Current knowledge of workplace health and safety standards in manufacturing
Reliability and a professional attitude towards work
