The Company

The business is well backed by established shareholders, while keeping the agility and pace of a dedicated infrastructure delivery business.

Developing contracting strategies, commercial frameworks and risk allocation positions to support a scaling national infrastructure build and value‐for‐money outcomes
Partnering with delivery, project and commercial teams to provide practical, risk‐aware advice that keeps matters moving
Supporting broader business‐as‐usual legal and governance matters, including day‐to‐day commercial advice and wider risk and compliance requirements
Building legal capability across the business through templates, workflows, documentation and hands‐on stakeholder guidance
About You
You are a senior commercial lawyer, admitted to practise in Australia, with strong infrastructure and construction contracting experience gained in in‐house, in major projects, or in a combination of private practice and in‐house roles.
