Provisional Psychologist / Behaviour Support Practitioner – Aged Care

AtHumanity Health Group, we're looking for aProvisional Psychologist, Registered Psychologist or Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP)to join our team supporting older adults across residential aged care and community settings in Sydney
This is a rewarding opportunity to support older adults experiencing dementia, anxiety, grief and loss, adjustment difficulties and behaviours of concern.
About the Role
You will:
Providepsychological assessment, support and evidence-based interventions.
Developbehavioural strategiesand support plans for clients experiencing behaviours of concern.
Work collaboratively with families, carers and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Support clients acrossresidential aged care and community settings.
Complete clinical documentation, progress notes and reports.
Manage your own caseload with ongoing clinical supervision and support.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
IsAHPRA registered as a Registered or Provisional Psychologist, or has relevant Behaviour Support experience.
Has experience working witholder adults, aged care,



disability, mental health, community care or a related setting.
Has an understanding ofdementia, behaviours of concern, anxiety, grief and loss.
Has strong communication, clinical and report-writing skills.
Can work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Holds a current Police Check and WWCC, or is willing to obtain them.
Has full working rights in Australia and a driver's licence.
BSP experience is highly regarded, but we are also open to Psychologists who are interested in developing their Behaviour Support skills.
