Village Pathways Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Youth Mentor to work with young people in community and outreach settings, providing practical and emotional support to build confidence and resilience.
You will mentor one-on-one, foster positive relationships, connect youths with local services, and collaborate with our Outreach Team to create meaningful pathways for their future.
A Blue Card, a Class C driving license, and a police check are required, with availability Monday to Friday and
