WHO Bathroom Warehouseis looking for a motivatedSales Consultant / Warehouse Team Memberto join ourVarsity Lakes store, with the possibility of occasionally working at ourLabrador or Tweed Heads locations.
This is a diverse role combining customer service, sales, administration and warehouse duties.
Full training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of computers to operate our sales system and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service — something we pride ourselves on.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with our customers
Greet and assist all customers with professionalism and warmth
Handle basic administration tasks
Answering phone calls and emails.
Lifting objects (items can often be heavy)
Warehousing Responsibilities:
Receive, unload, and check incoming stock deliveries
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for collection or dispatch




Organise and maintain warehouse stock to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Assist with stock transfers between store locations
Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory control
Ensure all items are stored safely and handled with care, particularly fragile bathroom products
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse area
Skills and Experience
Good verbally and written communication skills
Intermediate computer knowledge
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well in a team and communicate efficiently
Ability to pick, pack and load stock
Requirements and Qualifications
Sales experience preferred but not required
Forklift qualification preferred but not required
Experience in the plumbing industry would be desirable but not essential
MUST be able to work Saturdays
