Phase Dynamic is seeking a talentedGraduate Electrical Engineerto join our engineering team in Mackay, Queensland.
This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to launch their career in electrical and electronic engineering within a dynamic, professional workplace.
As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers on meaningful projects that contribute to our company's success and innovation in the electrical engineering sector.
This role is based in Mackay QLD **** and offers the chance to develop practical skills whilst working on real-world engineering challenges.
Key responsibilities
Assisting in the design, development and testing of electrical and electronic systems and components
Conducting electrical calculations, simulations and analysis to support project deliverables
Preparing technical documentation, drawings and reports in accordance with industry standards
Supporting the installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical systems
Collaborating with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule
Conducting quality assurance checks and ensuring compliance with relevant electrical standards and regulations
Participating in site visits and inspections as required
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities for process enhancement
What we're looking for
A completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a closely related discipline
Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, circuit design and power systems
Proficiency with engineering software and tools such as CAD, simulation software or circuit analysis programmes




Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail
Strong communication abilities and the capacity to work effectively within a team environment
A willingness to learn and develop practical skills on the job
Familiarity with electrical safety standards and regulations
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical applications
Preferred: Any practical experience gained through internships, university projects or relevant work placements
