We are seeking anexperienced and highly motivated Kitchen Designerwith a proven track record inend-to-end project managementandlead conversionto join our successful team.
This is afull-time, salary-based rolesupported by a rewardingcommission scheme, along with acompany vehicle, mobile phone, and all necessary selling tools.
The successful applicant will need the following attributes:
Proven sales experiencewith a solid track record in converting enquiries into successful projects.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple jobs, manage timelines, and communicate effectively with clients, trades, and internal teams.




A proven history inkitchen design and sales, with recent experience using kitchen design software such asCabmasteror similar (advantageous).
A background incabinet making or joineryis beneficial.
We are prepared to train a suitable tradesperson who may be looking to transition into sales and design.
The ability to work in aharmonious team environment, as well as being able toself-motivateand work autonomously.
Hard-closing salespeople need not apply.
