You will be responsible for:

Delivering personalised in-store and in-home design consultations that inspire customers and drive sales.

Building strong customer relationships and providing tailored home furnishing solutions.
n
Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets through a consultative sales approach.
n
Generating and managing leads, following up enquiries and converting opportunities into sales.
n
Recommending complete room solutions and complementary products to maximise customer outcomes.
n
Collaborating with the wider store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
n
Maintaining expert knowledge of Freedom's product range, trends and services.
n
Representing the Freedom brand with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
