An established and highly regarded civil contractor is seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join their team in Adelaide. Delivering a diverse range of projects across civil, commercial, health, education, transport and leisure sectors, this is a great opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong industry reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Preparing accurate estimates, quantity take-offs and cost plans
n
Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation
n
Managing subcontractor and supplier pricing
n
Preparing pre-qualifications, tenders and submissions
n
Working closely with Project Managers, engineers and key stakeholders
n
n
About You:
n
n
Proven experience as a Civil Estimator or similar
n
Strong project experience across civil earthworks, structural concrete,



commercial landscaping, reinforcement and stormwater drainage
n
Experience delivering projects across civic, commercial, health, education, transport or leisure sectors
n
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, costs and estimating processes
n
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
n
